Kyrillos Ghaly

Kyrillos Ghaly is a building surveyor, specialising in building certification and compliance. He is the Director of Building Certifiers Pty Ltd, based in Parramatta, and also provides consulting services to Motif Joinery. 

After earning a Diploma and Certificate IV in Building & Construction from the Australian Qualification College, in 20117 Kyrillos embarked on his career in the building and construction industry. His passion for the sector led him to further his education with a Diploma and Certificate in Building Surveying from Western Sydney University in 2019. 

Kyrillos holds a Level 1 Building Surveyor licence from the Queensland Building and Construction Commission, as well as an Unrestricted Building Surveyor certification from NSW Fair Trading. 

Dedicated to upholding industry standards, Kyrillos is a corporate member of the Australian Institute of Building Certifiers and the Association of Australian Certifiers. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated expertise in critical stage inspections and construction processes, contributing to various residential and large-scale projects. Kyrillos excels in managing complex projects, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and developers to achieve seamless project outcomes. 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Kyrillos mentors junior professionals in the building surveying sector and is a devoted father and husband.
